1. 1Koabz Marketplace is an online marketplace connecting packaging buyers with verified Saudi manufacturers, operated by Koabz Establishment Commercial (CR 7050804306).
2. 2Registration is open to businesses and commercially-acting individuals; users must keep their data accurate and current.
3. 3Suppliers cannot view any RFQ before their account is verified and approved by the platform.
4. 4Supplier and buyer identities remain hidden from each other until a quote is accepted; attempting to exchange contact details earlier violates these terms and may suspend the account.
5. 5All pre-acceptance communication happens inside the platform only, with a full audit trail.
6. 6The platform charges the supplier a commission per the supplier agreement, deducted at settlement; buyers pay no commission.
7. 7Tax invoices are issued electronically per ZATCA requirements; refunds are issued as credit notes linked to the original invoice.
8. 8Payment is currently via bank transfer to the platform account, confirmed after amount matching. Bank transfer remains available after the payment gateway launches.
9. 9Either party may open a dispute on an order; Koabz reviews evidence and decides, freezing related commission until resolution.
10. 10The platform may update these terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. 11These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
